When your photos are sent
Choosing photos only creates local previews in your browser. When you review the request, confirm your permission and select Send to studio, your selected files are uploaded to the site’s private cloud storage. An interrupted upload can leave a saved draft containing the files that arrived successfully.
Who can access them
Your signed-in account and the studio owner can access your source photos. Customer access is checked on the server for every request and image. The studio processes the photos manually and publishes gallery previews for your account.
Private links without an account
The studio can create a separate gallery for photographs received through Instagram or another channel, after confirming permission to process and deliver them. No login or email is required to view its published watermarked previews or choose photos. Anyone with the private link can view that collection, so share it only with people you trust. The studio chooses a 1-, 2-, 3- or 7-day expiry and can close or replace the link. These collections are excluded from search indexing and do not run account analytics or third-party advertising scripts.
Prepaid coupons and receipt emails
After an Interac payment is received outside this website, the studio can issue a one-use coupon for up to 30 selected originals. Checkout asks for an email address for the download receipt; it does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing. A valid coupon opens an immediate download page and requests a receipt email through Resend. Resend receives the recipient email and private download link to deliver that receipt. An email service acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Save the link and download your originals before expiry; anyone with that download link can access the selected files. Card payments are not required for this prepaid flow.
What the site stores
The service stores the source files, your submitted conversation and request notes, your account identifier and email, the selected baby girl/boy option and milestone month where applicable, request status, and any delivery files the studio uploads. Digital-photo and physical-product carts and purchase records are also stored for your account. Physical orders include the delivery and contact information needed to arrange your order. Original source files can contain metadata from your phone. Avoid unnecessary personal information in your notes.
Gallery previews and masters
The studio uploads watermarked gallery previews and attaches matching original files separately. Publishing makes previews visible to the customer. Account-gallery originals require a verified purchase for that account. Private-link originals require a valid prepaid coupon checkout; those download links expire and close if gallery access or the coupon is revoked. A preview without an original is browsing-only. Purchased originals remain available when the studio temporarily edits a gallery; deleting the collection also removes its downloadable files.
Retention and deletion
Files are kept until you or the studio owner delete the request. An open checkout must be resolved before its files can be deleted. Account-gallery file deletion is not automatic. Private-link access expires, but expiry does not itself delete the stored photos or receipt records. Contact the studio to request deletion of a no-login gallery. The Delete collection control removes its saved conversation, stored source photos, delivery files and request record. Photos already downloaded by the studio must also be removed from the studio’s processing tools or local copies separately.
Use of your photographs
Your confirmation permits storing and processing the photos for your private request. Public marketing examples require separate permission. The website does not send photos to an LLM, advertising network or tracking service.
Sponsor placements
The owner can upload shared sponsor videos and product images. Account walkthroughs may show labelled examples until configured; no-login galleries show only sponsor media selected by the studio. Media is hosted on this website, and no advertising-network tracking is connected. Optional sponsor links open an external website only when selected. Account galleries play a category sponsor video when opened. In a no-login gallery, opening the first portrait in a theme plays its assigned video once per page visit, with a skip control; customers can also choose Watch sponsor message. A labelled product-image ad appears after every three portraits, rotating through the images assigned to the category. The sample walkthrough is saved only on this device and can be removed by clearing this site’s browser data.
Engagement measurements
Baby Lovin records first-party engagement events for signed-in accounts, including ad video playback, ad views and link clicks, photo views, photo-cart additions and visits, and checkout activity. Records include the account identifier and email, event time and type, and relevant ad, category or photo identifiers. They are visible only in the owner’s Studio desk dashboard. Baby photographs are not sent to advertisers. Sample walkthrough activity is excluded, and purchases are counted from verified orders rather than a browser button click. Engagement records and transaction records are separate from the photo files. Deleting a photo request also removes engagement events tied to that request. Account-level cart visits and payment records remain for reporting. Automatic expiry is not configured.
Public pages and your account
Service information, the journal, public catalog, product pages and contact information can be viewed without signing in. Saved chats and account-bound galleries, carts and orders require your account. Private-link gallery viewing, photo selection and coupon downloads use expiring secret links instead of an account. Their photo selection stays in this browser tab until checkout. The studio stores coupon receipts and a hashed network-address counter to limit invalid checkout attempts. Studio desk controls are restricted to the owner. Images selected for public product and guideline pages are separate from customer uploads.
